in your back office, go to Tools | CMS section. you should see CMS pages for those, just edit the content directly from the back office.

I changed (translated) sub-categories but I cannot change the word 'ınformation' itself, I want to translate it in Russia..could you pls help me?

If you're talking about the name of the CMS block that by default appears in the left column of Prestashop's frontend, you can change it from the options of the CMS module. Log in to the backend of your site, click on the Modules tab, select Front office features, find the module CMS Block and click on its Configure button. You'll see the block listed there; click on its "edit" button and change the default Information name. You can also select different languages and change the name for the particular language.
