Amazzing
Hello everyone! I saw a warning message in BO saying that "To use CacheFS the directory {root}/cache/cachefs must be writable" This message disappears, when I set chmod for this folder to 777. But as I know, 777 is not a safe solution. So, my question is: Is it safe to leave this folder chmod 777? or shoud I perform any other actions? PS version: 1.4.2.5 Thank you! Amazzing
if anyone is still interested in this topic: 777 is really not the best solution. In order to get PS work with 755 folder permissions set "mod_fastcgi" in your server settings. You can do it yourself, or ask your hosting provider to do it for you
