[Opgelost] Bedrag verdwenen bij categorieweergave

Beelden zeggen meer als woorden, maar bij mijn categorieen zijn de bedragen ineens verdwenen, en is er bij de productweergave ineens 2 x bedrag excl BTW komen te staan.

Iemand een idee?

Ik zie dat je een custom-made template gebruikt voor je webshop, dus het is lastig te zeggen of er iets misgaat in je template of dat het aan prestashop zelf ligt...

Maar ik zag ook dat je in je andere topic de euro-teken verplaatst hebt. Als je dat terugzet zoals het was, gaat het dan weer wel goed?

Het idee was goed, maar helaas is dat niet het geval.

Tot gisteren werd het goed weergegeven, vanmiddag was het ineens weg. Volgens mij heb ik niets aangepast wat ermee te maken zou hebben.

ik gebruik trouwens de deco_evo template.

Jammer, was wel zo makkelijk geweest

Nog een paar andere dingen die je kan controleren:

- Staat je shop toevallig in catalogus modus (moet niet) bij Preferences-->Products?

- De euro toevallig uitgeschakeld bij Payment-->Currencies?

- Staan 'available for order' en 'show price' aangevinkt op al je productpagina's?

- Heb je toevallig 'Display "on sale" icon on product page and text on product listing' aangevinkt op je productpagina's? Dit laatste zou kunnen verklaren waarom je 2x de zelfde prijs ziet vermeld; die onderste is normaal gesproken de originele prijs maar als je geen korting hebt ingesteld (maar wel genoemde optie aangevinkt) zie je 2x dezelfde prijs.

EDIT:

En belangrijk: test even de originele Prestashop template. Dan weet je in elk geval of het aan je gebruikte template ligt.

Met nadruk dat hier de prijzen alleen in categorien/overzicht niet zichtbaar zijn !

De 2e prijs (klein schrift) wordt aangeduid met de id pretaxe_price, zegt me niks

Verder wordt de "prijs-div" of price-class helemaal niet weergegeven.

Ik heb de originele getest, en daarbij was ook de prijs niet zichtbaar. Wel was de kleine BTW prijs weg...

De code staat er in elk geval in, alleen zie ik hem op pagina niet in de bron terug

Als ik de gehele code van jou .tpl code bij mij gebruik zie ik de prijs incl. en excl. BTW

dit verklaart waarschijnlijk jou 2 prijzen, heb je alleen een prijs excl. wordt de 2e toch weergegeven omdat dit waarschijnlijk in je .tpl wordt bepaald

Mischien kun je hier eens wat mee proberen , door bv een nieuwe product aan te maken met ingave van btw

als de prijs niet zou worden weergegeven,, omdat dit bv in je BO zo is ingesteld, vervalt het stukje code van de prijs , maar dan zou het overal het geval moeten zijn , dus ook bij de product-view zelf

Mijn prijzen worden weer weerggegeven in de category, alleen nog bij mijn producten die dubbele prijzen. Ik heb bij computers een test pc aangemaakt.

Tsja, dat zou ik ook wel willen weten, volgens mij heb ik niets gedaan wat daar mee te maken had, ik probeer er nog zo goed op te letten, zodat het voor iemand die dit probleem een volgende keer heeft ook opgelost gaat worden.

Nu alleen nog die dubbele weergave van de exclusief BTW, deze heb ik trouwens niet op de standaard template...

Ik denk nu dat het iets met je bedragen ,btw ed te maken had, ergens een optie niet goed staan....

Het dubbel bedrag is normaal iets van inc. / excl btw , en waarom het bij jou zo staat ??

dit wordt overigens ook in je product.tpl geregeld, eventueel aan te passen,, zet je code hier eens neer van de product.tpl

Je gaf in Topic #6 al aan dat je met origineel product.tpl geen "kleine btw" meer zag

Plak die code eens over de huidige heen>>backup !

Ik denk dat het dan goed is ,de opmaak wordt bepaals door de CSS , dus verwacht dat het goed gaat

Als ik jou huidig product.tpl gebruik krijg ik ook 2 prijzen , zit hier dus in elk geval "ingebakken" in de product.tpl in jou nieuw theme

Als je je .tpl hebt overschreven met de origineel , als hierboven aangegeven zou het toch niet gek moeten zijn.

Maar goed , fijn dat het weer loopt zoals je het wil

Doe wel eens wat bestellingen plaatsen ed , en kijk of je niks geks in bedragen van email ed tegenkomt, dat heeft uiteraard niks met de .tpl te maken

Nee, wat ik bedoelde is dat die dat met originele tpl file van deco evo, dus eerst voor gisteren ging dat wel goed, maar ik ga nog een en ander testen, iig bedankt!!
