jerik
When I go to 'Tools->Translations' section, and choose Norwegian from the 'Add/Update a language' list, I find messages like the following one in the 'Modify translations' tool: 404 - 5 expressions (7 missing) It appears that some strings that are in the current language file are now obsolete, and those get included in the strings 'missing' counter. Does it matter if there are strings residing in the language file that are no longer used? One problem that comes to my mind is that the language files will contain more and more oboslete strings, and let's say in version 1.9 the file would be very messy. Maybe the translation tool should delete those entries that are no longer in use, so that the language file will be clean and neat. For now it is very difficult to know which ones to remove if one are to do it manually. One would have to start from scratch...
dudde
Hi, I have two questions I was hoping you could help me with. Firstly, will there be a new manual for the changes in v1.5 ? Secondly, will the translations I do in v1.4.6 be importable to v1.5 ? Looking forward to you answer. //Dudde
prestamax
Why don't you just try it out? Export the languages from your 1.4.6 shop and import them in 1.5. What are the results?
