CSV import parent/sub categories and what does available for order do?

Im new to prestashop, having moved from os commerce. Im trying to import a csv file where the products have a main category then a child e.g. TV's ---- 40", how do i import multiple categories using the default import tool in 1.4.6.2

 

|Also that does available for order require? 1 /0 for yes or no?

Import products to one temporary category, then use this module to easily move them to their target categories:
