This however, is a total fabrication! I have had no contact whatsoever from your developer and continue to be given the run-around about getting a refund.

Why do this? All it does is further sour an already unpleasant experience.

 

It's now over 6 six weeks since I originally requested a refund and despite emails that you 'are working on it' or 'processing the refund now', we have got nowhere with this.

Come on guys, I paid by paypal. It's hardly an onerous procedure to issue a refund!

 

Prestashop need to take a long hard look at how Addons operates. Presently, both customers and developers are getting a raw deal. I certainly will be sticking with the independent module retailers in future.
