Problems with images

Hi,

i have multiple problems with image settings. At first i would like to enlarge images at the size which I uploaded. For ex.

 

Here is the small picture and there is too much white space around when I enlarge it

And the second problem is the size of pictures...

There is 2 pictures. The second one is not readeble because of resizing by prestashop.

 

I tried a lot but nothing was lead to good effect
