“Automatically redirect to Canonical url” error

Hi,

i have the problem configuring at back offices with “Automatically redirect to Canonical url” option.

 

when “Automatically redirect to Canonical url” is “Yes”, the errror responses : "The page isn't redirecting properly...".

after i set it into "No", everything seem to be ok, then, click on products (example : http://mywebsite.com/prestashop/product.php?id_product=2) , there's error : "The page isn't redirecting properly..."

 

Anybody knows why is this happening and how to resolve this? Thank you !
