(solved)Shop stopped to work, addresses are "invisible"

I don't know why, but my Shop stopped to work, without doing any change. on BO all invoicing and shipping address from orders disappeared. I have there only the Name without any other date. If I click there for change address, so only the fields

 

customer

VAT-no

Alias

Name

mobile-phone

other no.

 

are available. Adresses are all not available (but they are in the DB and also in the listing of the addresses).

 

When somebody place an order, so only with the method "one page checkout" selected this is possible. The other method, used before, do not show too the delivery adress and invoice addresses anymore. Only the Name is available there.

 

I checked FTP for changed files. No change. I back-uped my DB from yesterday. No change. Could be the problem a missing script, or a non working script on the server ? It was instable this morning and after this I have the problem.

 

Data are in DB, but not available fronted and also not on orders.

 

Please, can somebody give me a quick help. I'm blocked and cannot write any invoice.

Solved by myself. I had some time-out problems today on the server. It seems, that some of the scripts were reset. I added all of the mising values to

 

Back Office > Shipping > Countries

 

again and voilá, all working again.
