estipois Posted January 12, 2012 Share Posted January 12, 2012 Hi! I have problem with PP. First client could nicely pay. After that two other clients have had problems. Unfortunately I do not know well what they did and i have sent an email to specify their action. The problem is that their money arrives to account but there order in BO is broken. In order view: - No statuses - Order detail area is showed nicely how much for ordering and transportaion have to take - Product view area: it is empty. I can see the data about basket from Paypayl sent letter or in Back Office> Customers> Shopping Carts. Does somebody have the same problem? How to fix it? Where can I turn on more logging that i can see what happens and where it stuck that i could solve the problem? Where should I look more? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
