[solved] "No carriers" error. I've figured out why but not how to fix it.

In my shop shipping is free for orders over $99.

 

Because 99% of orders will hit that amount and because the items are very bulky and heavy and customers rarely want to pay extra for express, to make things simple I've got just one carrier set up (fedex ground)

 

If your order is less than $99, you get the "no carriers available for your address" error.

When the order is $99 or higher it works fine.

 

I figured I'd ask if anyone knows off the bat why it's doing this before I post a zillion screen shots of the setup.

 

On the items that are less than $99, I've already added an "additional shipping" shipping price in the product setup. That is the only shipping that I want them to be charged for those items.

 

I don't know what I did but it use to ring up in the cart correctly and show the additional shipping price that I programmed in there but now it's not showing that .

 

The problems popped up after I installed, failed to set up and then disabled the fedex module.
