Bat Guy
I've been searching and can't find a solution... We have a repeat customer where several employees use the same account in our system. Some use the system to place the order, some may call or if it is a pressing need they'll call anyway. I would like to be able to create a cart or convert their existing shopping cart to an order and make it paid by check. Is there a way to do this or some other method I could use to accomplish my goal? /RB
phrasespot
I would like to be able to create a cart or convert their existing shopping cart to an order and make it paid by check. Is there a way to do this or some other method I could use to accomplish my goal? Can you login as that customer? If so, then just re-create or use the existing cart and place the order. Or otherwise create a "manual order" user and use that account. Maybe I am not understanding the problem?
Bat Guy
I'm trying to keep the order record with the actual customer account (they order from us 8 or 9 times a year). I would love to simply login as them and place the order but I don't know the password nor do I want to know it was many people use the same password everywhere including paypal etc... What I'd really like to be able to do is administratively login as them, complete the order and select pay by check, without their password OR change their password to make the order then reinstate their previous password without knowing it. Even if they agree and I assign a known password, they'll never remember it. Ideas? /RB
Pippo3000
I use Orlique to add orders from our showroom. Great tool. works like a charm. sends order confirmations to the customer and lets you adjust all order positions. Check http://prestashop-module.de/en/back-office-features-for-prestashop/78-orlique-the-order-manager.html for details.
