Help! Module stopped working!

Hi,

I bought this module http://addons.presta...deliveries.html and at some stage I wanted to reset it in order to restore original settings. I went to Back Office -> Modules -> myowndeliveries and I clicked Reset. This made module stopped working properly. As it is delivery module it lets you adding subareas where you can deliver. They dissappeared and when I tried to add new one it says: "The subarea has not been added : database error :" or The subareas settings has not been updated : database error : Table 'thehapq4_kruk.ps_myowndeliveriesSubarea' doesn't exist I tried to uninstall it but it says it cannot be uninstalled. So I deleted it and reinstalled module manually but the problem remains.

 

Can anyone help please? It's expensive so I can't afford to lose it now. I guess I shouldnt use 'reset' option but it worked perfectly fine with other modules. What should I do to uninstall module properly and install it again?

Have you sent a message to the developer? Also, do you have any database backups?

Hi Stephen,

Yes, I have sent him a message. I'm waiting for a reply. I don't have any backups as I just started to build the shop and install modules so I didn't have a chance to do it :/ I was going to do it once modules are installed. My shop didn't go live yet.
