Upgrade to 1.4.6.2

Hello,

 

I want to upgrade from 1.4.4.1 to 1.4.6.2 however when I go to Tools > upgrade it says,

 

'

You currently don't need to use this feature.'

 

Obviously I do.

 

If I install the upgrade module will I be able to do it through that. Reluctant to try without confirmation for fear of upsetting things. When I had 1.4.4.1 on my server it upgarded without problems through tools > upgrade.

i believe the typical response you will get is that the auto upgrade feature is still experimental, and may have problems.

Hi Paul,

 

The auto upgrade module would help. Keep in mind that bellini13 is correct, the auto upgrade module is still experimental. So if you do use it, make sure to create a back up of your store.
