Problem w/ next product page & failure to login customer a/c in one page check out process

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Is anyone who can please to teach me(rookie) to fix these two problem by ver. 1.4.4.0?

 

Problem 1: When I click on next product page it will be freeze & didn't go to next product page.

 

Problem 2: I using the one page instead of standard 5 steps to check out, after I added an item to the shopping cart and then failure to login my account to check out.

 

I am appreciated anyone who can help! Thanks a lot & Happy New Year!
