After buying the domain name I've installed prestashop, but after failing the installation I decided to use webdesign service of the host company..I don't like it ! How can I reinstall the prestashop back on my domain?? I'm not a web developer at all, I just want to create my online shop..but it's soo difficult! El Patron Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 Sorry you are having problems. So you are saying you would like to start over from scratch, yes? Do you have ftp access? Do you have access to your mysql DB via phpmyadmin? If so then you could easily delete you existing site and install a clean fresh prestashop. jwzumwalt Posted December 22, 2012 Share Posted December 22, 2012 I had the same issue about 2mo ago with 1.4.9 I exported my original database then deleted it on the server. After a fresh install, I imported the original database and everything seemed to work ok. Use PHPMYADMIN on your website provider site to manipulate your MySql database - export than import your Prestashop database.
