saynernz
Hi there, I've been trying to figure this one out but haven't had much luck.. I've been developing a website for a client in a folder such as www.currentdomain.co.nz/store3 Obviously not a good url! Since development began, the client has purchased a new domain name for the store. I've added the new domain name as an Addon Domain and pointed it to the /store3 folder. I then went in through Preferences - SEO/URLs and adjusted the domain name to reflect the changes (changed "/store3/" to "/" and changed "currentdomain.co.nz" to "newdomain.co.nz") From there everything seemed to work fine I thought, the homepage was showing the new domain name perfectly. But then I went to click on a link, any link, and whatever I clicked on it kept coming up with /store3 not found. Any ideas to fix? Or do I have to rebuild the store from scratch? Dave L
Do you have an active .htaccess file? If so, regenerate it in Tools>Generators.
saynernz
Thank you. This worked, and of course it was so obvious in retrospect!
