TinyMce now show, ,in create/edit product

Hey guys,

 

i have a 1.4.6 creating the products now, but somethings wrong im missing the tinyMCE, there is no buttons to do the changes to the text, only square simple text fields,

 

i open another shop 1.4.2 this one have the tinymce in the same browser,

 

i tested IE and chrome, to make sure, is not settings in the browser,

 

So the question is,

 

is there another tinymce module i can install, or can i try disable enable the function somehow, to overwrite the fault ?

 

i am using shadow2 themplate. everything is smooth, just this i dont understand why happens
