BO doesn't shown NAME and Description of Catalog,products.

How to fix this? My BO-catalog and product names and descriptions are not displayed. please have a look at the screenshot.

I've found some myself:

There must be a cache issue on PS.

 

Using the Admin account, I tried to create a salesman account--Log in to system using the created account. Now I can see all the Title of catelogs, products and CMS Pages. If I edit the titles, and save it- I can see the new title on the list. everything is fine with Salesman now.

 

Okay, now I log in using admin account, go to Catalogs and products list all the titles are the old version of its- If I go to one Category detail page by clicking on its "id" on the list, I can see its new title. Also if I check in mySQL the database then the new title is there.

 

I'll try to fix it myself but I am not really good at PS and this is urgent, so please help.!
