Can't create Vouchers

Using PrestaShop™ 1.4.6.2

 

Whenever I try to create one this is the message I get:

 

"An error occurred while creating object. discount"

 

I tried every setting possible.

 

Any clues?

Yes I did through the auto upgrade.

I have the same issue. I recently updated to 1.4.6.2 and I'm sure it's because of the previously mentioned database issues. Can someone give me some guidance on how to fix this? Thank you.
