Please, I want to add a "update" button to the cart instead of the + - buttons available now

Hello, Please I will be very thanksfull if you could help me in some way to find a solution for this

 

I am making a prestashop project for my boss, and he requires me and is asking that is not possible that hte cart has the + - tiny and small buttons to change the quantity, he wants to have an "update" button instead of the + - buttons. He wants that you could write the amount in the box and the click on an "update" or "refresh" button

 

I am using Prestashop 1.4.5

But after doing this is does not work for me, or I do not know how to do it as I am new to Prestashop.
