Hi Fernando,

An Internal Server Error is often an issue with your hosting provider. I would recommend that you give them a call and ask what can be done on their end, such as increasing the memory_limit value from 32M (the usual default value) to 64M and let me know what they are able to do for you.

I hope this helps.

Thank you Mike.

I have contacted the hosting company and their answer is this.

Hello,

I have checked and verified that memory_limit is already set to 256MB on our servers. You can verify this at the following url - http://paymentsystemsfree.com/vitastore/info.php

Please check this with the prestashop support and let us know if you need any assistance.

Regards,

Any other suggestions?

Hello Mike.

Sorry it took so long for me to respond.

I lost my credentials to the forum.

Any way.

After talking with the techs at Arvixe.com this is their answer and seems to have worked pretty good so far.

Everything is working as it should.

Error was:

[client 39.45.38.167] SoftException in Application.cpp:256: File "/home/XXXXXX/public_html/vitastore/modules/gcheckout/validation.php" is writeable by group

and

It was showing error due to following reason:

[Thu Jan 05 11:56:11 2012] [error] [client 39.45.38.167] SoftException in Application.cpp:601: Directory "/home/XXXXXX/public_html/vitastore/modules" is writeable by group

[Thu Jan 05 11:56:11 2012] [error] [client 39.45.38.167] Premature end of script headers: about.php

I have corrected permissions and site is back online.
