Total In Orders Not Correct After Change Voucher Or Remove From Orders

Hi guys,

 

i am having problem with prestashop v. 1.6.4.2. i am using referal, birthday and points module. currently running my store with a 20% discount using the group discount.

 

My issues are:-

 

1. my customer had placed an order on few products but later decided to change their mind and remove some items on the order list. my problem is that when i remove the item, the total doesn't reflects the right total instead gave the wrong figure. example: 50+50+50=150, remove 1 item which is 50 then should reflect total 100 left but got some total lesser than 100. then when i go into the order status to check the overall list. there it display a warning stating the total should be some other figure. attached picture to help explain.

 

2. almost the same issue but this happen when an item on the order list is out of stock. i went to change the item to exchange with voucher. it was ok changing to voucher but the voucher value is not the correct value.

item value 50 but when i change to the voucher, the voucher display the value is less than 50.

 

Any idea how to rectify this problem or did i set something wrongly. Please advice
