UKJamie
Sorry if this has been asked already but I have searched for the answer here to no avail. I have in my shop several carriers set up for UK, Europe and worldwide delivery, with the various weight ranges and zones checked according to service from each carrier. Now I have logged into my shop and added a couple of worldwide addresses to my account to check things are working ok. So I then change my delivery address to a USA one(I am in the UK) and add a few items to my cart. Go to checkout and I see the correct carrier options and price. (Fedex Economy 32.50) However if I do a page refresh, or continue shopping and then return to checkout the correct carrier has disappeared and the three UK carriers appear with a shipping cost of 2.50 (which is the additional charge that is set for these carriers.) But if the test account actually orders then the charge for shipping is 2.50 when it ought to be 32.50 I have no idea why the UK carriers are displayed because they are checked ONLY for UK deliveries With the USA set as the delivery address and the shop located in UK surely should only display the carriers that I have set to ship to the USA in that weight range? phrasespot
This does happen to me. Carriers are correctly displayed when the address is changed from UK to US and vice versa. Tried login/logout/refresh/back to cart etc. Maybe a browser caching issue. UK address (RM, usp, yodel and collect+ depending on cart total) US address (RM and Fedex depending on cart total) I did have other problems though. When the cart reached ~ £110 mark I was getting "There are no carriers available that deliver to this addess" with both UK and US addresses (maybe you don't ship above a certain value?). Remeber to delete the test account I created
UKJamie
Thanks so much for your test. I looked at the page you attached and noticed although 'There are no carriers' was displayed the shipping was showing £2.50. I do not have a shopping value limit set but I do have weight limits (30kg) that is set to disable the carrier if the weight exceeds 30kg, perhaps you added goods exceeding that limit? Once again thanks for the help
phrasespot
perhaps you added goods exceeding that limit? Possible. I didn't check the weight but there were a lot of canned goods etc.
