Uploading shoes size/product options??

I am trying to have customers choose options as in color or size. I created a attribute with groups with the sizes. When I try to choose a option, it adds all attributes to cart.

How do I make it only allow 1 option to be chosen? Please help

Did you use the product combinations generator? I made the same mistake initially and just added all my attributes on the 3. Combination page, causing the problem you are having. If you use click on product combinations generator at the bottom of the tab and use that instead, it should work.
