Csv Import Development Help

Okay so I'm new here, but I've tried searching for any term I thought this may be used under before posting this. So I'm sorry if I've missed it if a thread exists.

 

I'm developing a website and this is the first time I've used Prestashop. Its a whitelabel site so importing via CSV is the way I have to update my products, however as I'm not wanting to drop ship, so each of the products has a separate link which contains our affiliate code. This is already included in the csv file, but what can I do to get it implemented in the upload? Is there a way or a module with which I can customize a link to add it to cart but keep within my site before checking out on the affiliates site?

 

What would be the best way of going about it?
