smiles1976
Hi, whenever I type in my website address: www.wearthename.com, I'm redirected to this url: https//wearthename.com and I can't see my homepage. My site is a secured site but I'm not exactly sure how to solve this problem. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
daYmo
Hi, check the settings you've got in the "preferences" tab of your website... Especially : - Enable SSL - Increase Front Office security And check also you .htaccess file and options in the preferences > SEO & URLs tab. regards,
smiles1976
Thanks so much. How do I get the "https" to appear in my url. I had a ssl certificate installed recently and I'd like for customers to be able to see that my site is secure.
daYmo
Only payment pages need to be secured ... but it's true that you can "secure" all your website. You can secure all front office but you need to be sure that SSL certificate is properly installed on your server, then configure "- Enable SSL" in the preferences tab of your admin I guess. smiles1976
Actually, I don't see any of my pages as being secured. However, if I manually type in "https" before my url, than it appears in my web browser.
