Where Is The Translation Of The "product Categories Block's Title"?

I want to change the Translation of the "Product Categories's Title" . Currently it's shown as "CATEGORIES" in English and another word in my language(I want to change this) which I got by importing my language package from Prestashop.com by clicking the option "Add/or update language" in "BO->Tools->translation->Language Exchange"

 

I have gone to BO->Tools->Translation ->Front O->Edit my language-> look through all 719 translation keys and values and have looked at all of the contents of translation files in the folder Mails/my_language_files to no avail. Maybe I have not found it or maybe some part of the translation engine on my shop are not working. So if someone has a similar issue or know where I should go to to find it, please share your experiences I'll try.Thanks

Just a not for those who might have this issue. I found the solution for this at the translation for module for cart_block(not in the front office translation,although the text is displayed in front office). -the bad things is there are 4k+ more translation keys and values which will need to be reviewed or edited.
