is there no other way you can resolve this?

Without taking a look at your Back Office I may not be able to identify what is causing this issue. I understand if you're not comfortable doing so, but in that case you will need to search the forums for other users who may be having this same issue and try the suggestions posted there.

let me know if you need more permissions f things!

thanks for this help!

Yes, unfortunately I will need more permissions in order to properly look into this. Can you please temporarily grant this profile full permissions? It is more difficult because you are running such an old version of our software, so I need to make sure I have access to everything to try to identify the root cause of this issue.

In addition to jhnstcks' question, can you please also switch back to the default theme? Sometimes, these sorts of issues are caused by a custom theme that is not completely compatible, and there are definitely a few spots on your site that look like they are clashing with your theme right now.

I changed a lot of files 12 months ago and I cannot remember how i did it all :-(

I need to start figuring again. Ive checked Cmod and its ok permissions are 755!

Where do the pictures go when they are uploaded? Database folders name and folders name if u can help me on this first.

Then I need the process of what you said to backup what i have then change the theme, but Im a noob on this stuff. I was taught at university to create web pages from the start not from a pre program! Ive documented alot of my work but like O said I dont know whats happened to it in the 12 months! wish I know lol

To change the theme, all you need to do is go to your Back Office > Modules > Themes and then choose the default theme. All the configuration information for your existing information will be retained within that theme. See a quick screencast here.

I hope this helps.

Hi Didszzz,

I apologize, your version is several years old, so I was directing you to the wrong area for this feature. You can actually find it in your version under Preferences > Appearance, but I cannot urge you strongly enough to upgrade your site, as your version is nearly two years old. Additionally, until you upgrade to a newer version (1.3 is the bare minimum, but we're at 1.4.6 now preparing for a major release with 1.5), you will not be able to take advantage of our experimental AutoUpgrade module for future releases to simplify the process.

I know you're concerned about losing your data, but I would be happy to set you up with our development team to help you out with that if you're interested.
