I Agree Terms Not Working

Recommended Posts

in the back office, under the Payments section, confirm that the Cheque module is enabled for the currency, group and country that the customer has selected during checkout.

also please tell us what version of prestashop you are using, and if you are using a custom theme. A link to the website would be helpful as well.

you are getting 3 scripting errors when that page loads, and it is likely preventing the javascript from working when the TOS checkbox is checked. i'm not sure what those errors are, have you tried turning off one page checkout to see if it works there?

Same problem here. PS Version 1.5.6.1, Alysum 2 theme.
If I click to check "Terms of Service" nothing happens and Payment Methods are not shown.
BUT if I refresh the page and then re-check the Terms of Service they appears.

I've tried to use OPC page with default theme but I get the same behavior...
Any clue?

Hmmm maybe I should open another thread. I've another issue....
I've set a range of price for free shipping.
But The shipping costs are counted until I click to check "I would like my order to be gift-wrapped." (if I uncheck this, the shipment remain free).

Same thing happens if I go to chekout page and then do the login there. But maybe this is a normal behavior. The shipment become free after logging in.

The Js Console report this (no errors, only warnings):

The 'x-webkit-speech' input field attribute is deprecated. Please use the JavaScript API instead.
Attr.specified is deprecated. Its value is always true.
event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead.

if you are using a one page checkout module, then I would suggest you report these issues to that modules author.

Hello Bellini13, thank you very much again for your help...

Actually it is not a 3rd part module, is the "One-page Checkout" Order process type of the original PS installation (and it does not work with default template too)...  :(

Then I would advise you to open a separate topic for this new issue, or if you believe the issue is a defect with the core product, then open a bug report to see if Prestashop will address the issue

yes, I guess this should be better....

thanks!
