ninki Posted January 1, 2012 Share Posted January 1, 2012 Hi, our website has just been moved to the latest prestashop version. We're still using a 5 way checkout. I tired to apply a voucher discount of 15% on our Calligaris product range, WIN12CA, but it doesn't get recognized when ordering/buying any of the selected Calligaris products online. Please help. I have no idea why this isn't working anymore as it was working in the old version. Here are the products which a customer should be able to get 15% online discount for, http://onedeko.co.uk/51-calligaris-products Thank you! Hi Mazzie, If you're having trouble finding a specific feature in your Back Office (in this case, Vouchers), the BO search function should help you quite a bit. If you just type "voucher" into the box, the results will show you every area where that term is used, making it much easier for you to find what you are looking for and where exactly it is located in your Back Office. -Mike Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
