marky96
Maybe someone here can help me! I seem to have a problem with prices in my online shop, and before anyone says that yes at the backend I entered the right price. However customers complain that there is a lower price displayed before they login (which is the wrong price) and after they log in they see a higher price (which is the right price). I've checked this a hundred times and I can't find anything wrong. It also does not apply to the whole shop but rather to certain products in the shop. Any idea what that could be? This is one of them http://www.aloevita....nohrhanger.html before the login it is shown as € 24.96 and after as € 29.96 which is the price without tax but I show prices including tax in my whole shop. So I am a little confused and have taken the shop offline last night just in case. Edit__ I seem to have identified the problem. The price is show without Tax before you login however, each product I setup is selected to be inclusive of tax did I miss a setting?
Mike Kranzler
Hi marky, Each individual product listing should have the option to display the price with or without tax. You may want to check there to see how each product is currently configured. I hope this helps. -Mike
marky96
No that is set correctly, but then I can't scroll through a couple hundred articles.
Mike Kranzler
Hi marky, I just checked this out for myself, and strangely, I got the exact opposite result: 24.96 when logged in, and 29.95 when logged out. Can you please go to your Back Office > Customers > Groups and check to see if there is currently a discount set for the default customer group? -Mike
marky96
No it's not. Settings are: Discount: 0.00 Prices shown: Tax included I've checked all possible settings I can find and I can't find anything wrong.
Mike Kranzler
Can you please PM me with your Back Office login credentials? I'd like to look into this for you. -Mike
Mike Kranzler
Hi marky, This appears to be an issue between VAT and American taxes. For the time being, I went to Customers > Groups and edited your default group to display your prices as Tax Excluded. I am going to do some more research to identify the root of this issue along with what needs to be done to fix it, and will be sure to let you know what I find. -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Hi marky, I've got a developer looking into this, but I would be happy to set you up with a member of our support team if you would like to expedite the process. -Mike
Mike Kranzler
Hi Mark, I just took a look at this using the original product link you posted, and the price is identical now before and after logging in. Do you have another product where I could see this error? -Mike
