tdr170
There seems to be an issue with pr_customer in my database as I have not opened my store to the public yet I don't know what effect this will actually have. I clicked on edit to see what I could see and now the cardinality has changed to none, once again I am not sure of the effect this will have. Fixed cardinality, could someone take a look at their database and see if the same warning exist if not please post a snap of your xx_customer table so I may duplicate. SirNewbie
Hi, I'm having trouble with the customer section of my shop as well (not the same problem). Can you tell me how you view the database setup above? I'm used to Oracle for SQL, not sure how MySQL is managed in connection with prestashop. I'll try to get the same screenshots from my shop if I know how to do it. Thanks.
Guest Stephen Bromfield
Hi tdr170, I took a picture of my ps_customer table. I hope that helps.
tdr170
Interesting your table looks identical to mine with the exception of the additional keys (type, packed, etc). What version of Presta are you using.
tdr170
Go to your server control panel (pic 1) and look for mysql icon and click on it, that it will bring up your database. Click on the database name in left colum (pic 2) and the right colum will show that database. In the right colum click on the icon as shown in (pic 3). That will take you to the database tables scroll down a little in the left colum you will see pr or ps_customer (pic 4) as shown in pic, the area in question is at the bottom of that page. Also you will most likely only have one table I have three, the top one is for log in and register on one of my other sites and the bottom one that says ps_1503test is for version 1.5 that I am playing around with when I get a chance. I am sure I over explained this but I like to make things clear. (pics deleted)
