Connecting To Back Office - Account Does Not Exist

Hi,

 

Could you help me, I'd like to get into the back office. It's telling me that my account does not exist. I've tried all my email addresses already.

 

How can I reset the email address that I registered when I installed Prentashop?

Or will it be best to uninstall and then re-install?

I think you should have been emailed this info when you installed prestashop try going through your email and look for that mailing.

I just re-installed it as I could not find and remember to which of my email accounts I did use.

But could you help me, I got this after a 'successul' installation. What would I need to do to have front office of PrentaShop. Thank you.

You got what after a successful installation?

Go to back office http://mysite.com/shop/admin and create your shop your shop is the front office.

Sorry, I mean I went as far as this step.But when I go to the browser and type in the domain name. it's giving me this..What should I do. Thanks for helping.

Did you install the program or just upload it to your server. For Some reason you here seeing a list of all folders in server.

Did you go to the root domain after upload and go through the actuall install.

Did you create a database on your sever.

After upload you would normally go to thr root http://myshop.com/shop and the install will auto start.
