New Product

I am new to this and not too techincal, we have a new shop and ive got a prblem with adding a product in a sub category. what happens i that i fill in all the dteails on sheet 1 and then assign and save the image in sheet two.

then i go back to sheet 1 and click on save and i get the folloing screen appearing.

 

I was told but the developeing that I have to up grade to IE 9 so i did but still get the same issue

I have checked and made a few tests with IE9 and Firefox but no problem adding a new product + images in a subcategory.

 

Well, the problem seems to have been linked to huge image files being uploaded (time out).
