Id_Country Is Required.. Country Is Not Shown

Need help. I use prestashop 1.4.7.3. I have same problem. When I try to create new account, the country down_list is not shown. Only shown: "-" mark.

I have reinsert the default data for zones, counties, states and countries table, but the error still there.

 

I use default theme, and i had translate the language to my national language.

Please anyone give me clue where the problem is, or the cause so that i can trace and fix the problem.

yest, it's custom, but i found solution! :)

 

i need add some default carrier to backend and works fine :)

I have the same problem when one of my customers tries to add an address it shows an error message saying "id_country is required".

But your solution did not work for me. I use Prestashop 1.6

Same bug here, when a client creates, adds or updates an adress, the country list is not shown and the error message appears "id_country es necesario" (the site is translated to spanish). It was working two days ago and we didn't make any changes.

 

I'm using Prestashop 1.6.1.6 and the Fashion Store Template by Template Trip purchased through Prestashop addons. The three months support just ended and they won't help me to find a solution.

Prestashop version 1.6.1.12

I have the same problem. I disabled some countries which we couldn't ship to during the Covid-19 lockdown.

I have now activated some of them again but when a customer tries to register there are no countries appearing on dropdown during customer address registration. It is also not allowing entry of a  country for any shipping address during the order process.

Did you find a solution to this problem?
