When I try to select a product, I get the following error message; Technical Error: Unable to add the product Details: Error Thrown [object XML httpRequest] Text Status: Error I have not modified the template, can someone please help? Go ahead and give them a call and ask them to enable the missing PHP mbstring module, and that should resolve this for you. According to our phpinfo file we have mbstring activated, as indicated at mxmexpress.com/phpinfo.php. The front of our shop is located at mxmexpress.com. You should have one automatically redirect to the other, it's better for SEO as well.
