Authentication error ... and empty cart

Hello everybody,

Sorry to re-post, but i've posting this in french sooner.

Well, i've updated my PS from 1.0.0.8 to 1.1.0.5 yesterday evening. But now I can't log on the shop anymoer (back office still works).
I have an error saying "01. authentication error".
On top of that, cart never fills in, even with anonymous use of PS ...

I've tried, as explained in update howtos, to change password, and to restore my Cookie_key, but nothing happens ...
Anyone has an idea ??

I have installed and reinstalled 1.1, I'm having same issues. I create a customer account which works until they log out. After that time the customer can't log back in due to authentication error you described. This is on any computer, so has to be in the code somewhere?

you can insert your password directly in phpmyadmin

to insert password you should use _cookie_key in settings.inc.php and encrypt them with MD5 like this

UPDATE ps_employee SET passwd=MD5(<_cookie_key>) where email= ;
