[ NEW THEME ] ZUIGELING

Recommended Posts

well... the reason i asked for people's opinion is because getting the template out is a big pain in the #@&... as there are mods all through the code... not just in the template... furthermore... there are some places hardcoded in and not easy to modify for beginners... dun want to bee bogged down by questions helping people if they cannot do it on their own or waste my time getting the template out while people do not like it...

coming out with this template was a very exhaustive learning process... but it made me realise that it was much easier to mod a prestashop template than a WP template... with this template I made a lot of sever mods to the layout and logic that may not be possible with WP...

so for all who would like to have this :) please be a little patient... i will release this next week when I am back in town as I am away right now on vacation...

cheers :)

Alfred

Hi pheluar,

Can I have your code too? I already install the wiway menu bar. I like to make my top looks like yours. Thanks. :-)

Hi yahmad

1. please download the following prestashop module.
http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/11401/themes/wizwnav_bar

2. after doing this upload this module into your prestashop installation.

3. then go yo the milki icon free download. http://min.frexy.com/article/milky_a_free_vector_icon_set_part_1/ you can download the images from there. Choose the icons u want to use and upload it into the wiz-w/img/ folder.

4. Now go to css of wiz-w folder. Change this css file. this menu will be up. there are no other source codes. I have just tweaked the horizontal menu created by wiznav_bar and just changed the css.

Send me your email address, i will send my css file.

It's a very nice theme

I think you're great for simply willing to share this; if there is some complex coding involved make sure you let general users know that implementing this template requires intermediate to advance knowledge or you can get flooded by complaining comments "it does not work..." "how do you..."

Cheers

Hello sperio,

this is a very friendly interface, clean presentation and direct-to-the-points theme. I love it

The first thing I noticed is when I tried to buy a baby girl suit there is no clear sign for me to buy unless I move my mouse to that cart logo.

I think it would be better to show the clear sign(add to cart or buy now) for impatient online customers.

Also, the category logos are a bit too small? they are not big enough for me to think or click on the category logos.
