SirNewbie
Greetings, this is my first post. I read the Presta Documentation and searched the forums for information on how to configure inventory, but did not find anything relevant to the question below: When a product is selected from the front page, it displays the remaining items in stock. How can I make the remaining stock invisible on the website? Thanks.
daYmo
hi, just go to your back office in Preferences > Products tab and set the "Display remaining quantities when qty is lower than:" to 0 Bye
SirNewbie
Thank you, this sounds like the correct way to set that behavior. I made the change to "0", but there is no change on the website - it still displays inventory on all my items. I noticed that in Preferences > Performance, you can "Force Compile", and disable "Cache". Even with these changes, it is not updating. Have I missed something else? Thanks again. daYmo
should be good this way !
SirNewbie
Ok, I did an experiment with "Display remaining quantities when qty is lower than:" box. When it is greater than zero, it displays " Warning: Last items in stock!" When it is equal to zero, the last items in stock message disappears, but still shows total inventory. There must be another option somewhere. I'll look around some more.
SirNewbie
I found it. Preferences > Products, 4th option on list is "Display available quantities on product page:" Solved.
