Problems Voucher

Hi All,

 

If a problem with the voucher system. The passed weeks I entered several voucher and today I wanted to add a new voucher. However, for reasons unknown to me I now get the message "access diened".

Does anybody have an idea how to resolve this.

Where are you getting this "Access Denied" error? Is it just in the vouchers section or the entire Back Office?

Odd. I recommend sign-off, clear cookies, see if the problem persist.

@ Mike : The error is only in the voucher section. The rest of the Back Office is working fine.

 

@ Doekia: I did what you suggested, but without any result. Thanks for the tip anyway.

Hi hyperactive,

Please check your permissions in the Employees section of your Back Office. This can happen if you've altered the permissions in any way.

I've checked but I have permission as administrator.

Is there another way how I can check what the problem might be ?
