kbstudio
So I bought an SSL Certificate from GoDaddy, and installed it to my clients account. I can now see the "SSL" folder in the root directory with the certificates in the folder.(I think im missing a step here where the error is occurring)I now enabled SSL on my admin section, but now whenever prestashop redirects to https://...... from http://....... I get errors. Secure Connection FailedSSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long) I tried searching the forums for tips but most werent relevant, and alot were in french, so thank you to anyone who can help! Cheers.

crazydeals
There are 3 options that you may occur this issue.1) Either your host does not support SSL2) SSL not running on port 443.3) Wrong installation of SSLMost of the time, it belongs to the third option. Our customers had setup SSL with the wrong procedures, and we will kindly do the installation for them. I would ask your host to assist you with the installation process.
