"he" : this language is not available on Google Translate API

Error occurs when try to edit Translations:

Tools > Translations > Back Office Tools Translations > "israel flag" >

"Language : HE - Back-Office translations"

 

Error message: "he" : this language is not available on Google Translate API

 

if I ignore this message and try to edit text in fields, and click on 'update translations':

I don't think it will work anyway, google stopped offering free translations as of 12/1/11 (earlier even).

 

You can check out this module http://www.prestashop.com/forums/index.php?/topic/34524-module-website-translator-translate-your-prestashop-language-files-and-database-content-using-google-translate/ , which uses google paid API (V2) or Bing free translation

there is option to add only '

BING free translation Module

' to my PrestaShop version?

Not that I'm aware of.

In Prestashop version: 1.5.0.1

I still having troubles:

Tools > Translations > Language : HE - Front-Office translations > Translate with google

shows me:

"he": this language is not avilable on Google Translate API

 

I understood it because its NOT free.

 

but, WHERE can I find the free microsoft translator bing ?

it's module or what?

how can I turn it on and translate all the fields?

The error you are getting is because the language iso that Prestashop uses is not the same as google does (for hebrew).

But, even if they were the same, it would still not work because google no longer offers free translations.
