Ogone Payment Module Issue - Internal Server Error

Hello,

 

I have activated and configured the Ogone module and also the technical side at Ogone backoffice in following recommendations and various posted topics, but I get an "Internat Server Error" just before returning back on website (see below message).

 

Strange issue is that it happens after payment approval and when Ogone let's go back to my website.

 

Ogone backoffice confirm me the transaction and payment.

Also the order is not displayed in Prestashop backoffice... and if I wish to make another order with the same client, Ogone side tell that the order has been processed already.

 

Is someone encountered the same issue and can help me??

If you look at the apache error log, you will (probably) see more details about that error. Without further info it is not possible say for sure.

I thank you for your answer, but after looking further I came to the fact that it was a right issue on the Ogone directory. I set them up correctly and it works now.
