I have limited budget to start with, it probably wont exceed 100USD, ofcourse you can resell it to make profit. Right now i have 4 developers who are interested in doing this job, i will send brief requirement to all of you, so whoever can enhance / rewrite the requirement in more detail, he gets the job.
