fra.contess Posted December 18, 2011 Share Posted December 18, 2011 hello everybody!, right now i am shocked and disperate! hope that you can help me. i was working on the final test and configuration of my web site. i changed the email for the customers, i tested my account and the registration and some other things. everything was working fine! finally i was looking inside BO part searching if there was something to change. i remember i was in preference contact information and i changed the name of the shop and email. then i went on SEO and urls. i saw index.php and i added a name on that page. and click save. then i try to delate the title on that page but my pc didn't charge the page and then everything disappear and i couldn't go back nor save again...now i do not have anymore admin page and when i go to my site this appear: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /homez.443/nonsolos/www/index.php on line 29 what can i do now???can i do something with filezilla??? what happened?? please help me! doekia Posted December 18, 2011 Share Posted December 18, 2011 You are on OVH, and you managed to screw your .htaccess It is missing the SetEnv PHP_VER 5_3 add this line to it Everything will come back again Then while in the BO go to Tools > Generator > in the section for htacces supplement put the statement & generate again Next time it wont generate the htaccess without the mandatory part.
