Wierd problem with index

Hello,

I have version 1.4.4.1. All pages are indexed by google (checked by site:www.mysite.com). But when I try to search with "mysite" word it never appears in the search results and only comes CMS pages...

If I try to search like "mysite.com" then my index page shows first as should be. The site is 2 months old.

Have anybody had this problem? Any idea how to fix it?

Why do you think that Google should show you the word "mysite"?

Would you like to say, if I call the site "buyiphone.info", then Google should put me in first place for "buy iphone" :)

Yes this is the point. But firstly not "buy iphone", but "buyiphone" . And also I understand that in case of iphone would be hard to show up on first positions (2.540.000 results), But in my case I just have 18.600 results, moreover firts three pages in google search are from "mysite". but it is NOT index somehow.

After positioning more then 30 webs, never had this problem. The guys from Google also find it a bit strange, and passed it to internal investigation.

I think you do not understand the difference between "internal investigation" and "require first position in Google SERP".

I doubt you ever will be even on first page with names like:

buycheapviagra

dallasattorney

onlinegambling

But I am sure you will be number one in a few days with the name like:

etcetcfanatic

And another thing, If somebody point let us say 10 domains (without redirect 301) to your domain (without you even knowing it), you index page will dissapear from first 200 hundred pages in Google for sure.

So, do not comment things which you do not know or understand properly.

First - for some reason you mentioned that your site works for prestashop - does it matter?)

Secondly - of course there is such a thing as a "competitive query"

Third - I still do not know where you got that "keyword in url" requires the search engine give your site in SERP (yes, this is one of many factors, of course)

And the fact that you tech support said "your request has been submitted toinvestigation" does not mean anything.

Of course, if I understand correctly, the situation looks a bit strange, but your topic does not include any technical details to make any conclusions.

P.S. about "the 10 sites without 301", a complex translation, English is not native to me, but when it comes to "push out SERP", it is a separate issue.
