problem with Add / Update a language

Hi

i am a new here also new using Presta cart . I have a problem with the adding or updating languages .

every time i try to update a language i have this error ( Archive cannot be extracted ) .

I downloaded the language file from presta to make it manually but the same error ( Archive cannot be extracted )

I would really appreciate if anyone can help me with this .

i think this is hosting error.

your hosting not suppored gzip libraly.
