Paypar Error 2.8.5 please Help

Hi all,

 

I'm using the 1.4.5.1 prestashop version and I had the 2.8.3 paypal version installed.

 

Now I'm getting the 10413 error that says:

 

A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report: PayPal response:

TIMESTAMP -> 2011-12-17T17:07:55Z

L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10413

L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.

L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.

L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

PayPal returned error

 

I try to uninstall and install again, and then I delete this paypal module and I installed the newest version 2.8.5 but the problem remains.

 

I don't have a clue of what is going on and can't understand why it doesn't work.

The checkout process should redirect me to the SSL paypal page to make the payment but when I press "confirm my order" It gives me this error.

 

Strange because this error was from last versions but with the new version is still giving me this error.

 

I might have something on my shop that could cause this issue but I don't have a clue.

Hi,

 

Ok problem solved.

 

The product needs some value 0 > infinite like 1$ or 1€ even if the shipping is about 200$ the paypal doesn't accept the payment.

 

free products but with costs on shipping doesn't work on paypal module.
