HAs one else had the issue that "no payment modules are installed""

I received a customer message today that they could not check out cause "no payment modules are installed" message had come up while they were trying to check out.

 

I tried and yes they were right.

 

That morning other orders had gone through fine.

 

Later in the day all was well again.

 

Has this happened to anyone else and if so does anyone know why.

 

I have 1.4.6.2 version.

When my new customer messaged me I logged in as a buyer I proceeded all the way to the "Choose you payment method" screen, but I also got the same screen as she did, which said " no payment modules have been installed"

I have 2 payment modules installed Check and Paypal.

 

I logged into back office and they were there and definitely installed.

 

Later that day I logged in again and tried the process and voila! all was there and I was able to check out and pay.

 

My concern is why in the middle of the day did this happen, is if a bug in 1.4.6.2?

 

We were all buying from Auckland NZ in NZD.
